We are proud to offer a wide variety of disciplines. We work with our own experienced project managers and engineers, but also draw from a flexible pool of freelancers whom we frequently involve in our projects. We do our utmost to work out every detail of a project, supported by our state-of-the-art software Inventor, Plant3D Navisworks, Acad P&ID, Acad Structural, Tekla.
Calculations
This means we are able to perform calculations in all areas of mechanical and civil engineering. For instance, stress calculations (Ceasar II), nozzle deterioration, finite element method (ANSYS), flow calculations (FluidFlow), energy and heat transfer, flash tank dimensions, pipe diameters, valve controls, pumping systems, concrete foundations and steel constructions.
Scanner
In addition to these success factors, we use a hyper modern Faro Laser 3D scanner. This scanner can perform measurements fully automatically up to an accuracy of 2 mm, allowing us to prevent measuring errors in advance. This makes a difference, not only with respect to the anxiety experienced when realising a surveyed project, it also saves time and money required to correct these errors. Piping
We show our true quality in the area of piping design. Our 3D scanner takes accurate measurements, allowing our engineers to make virtually error-free drawings. We efficiently design industrial piping systems for new or existing factories, pumping systems, boiler houses, utility buildings, piping bridges, etc. We take a practical approach by, for instance, using prefabricated modules where possible, on the one hand to lower costs and on the other to minimise on-site installation time, and therefore the impact on production.
In addition, from the start we help to choose the appropriate design direction.
